Listening Ear's Crisis Hotline is available to anyone 24 hours every day of the year. The trained professionals on the Crisis Hotline are helpful in exploring options and solutions to your problems; caring when you just want someone to listen; and supportive when there is no where else to turn. Our goal is to support your strengths and decisions. All calls are strictly confidential.
The Listening Ear Crisis Hotline also provides an information and referral service. We can direct you to over 400 helping resources specializing in your needs, or you can use our On-Line Resource Directory.
Walk-in Services are also available at the Mt. Pleasant Office located at 107 E. Illinois , Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. There are no fees or eligibility requirements for services.
